If it seems like we are a good fit, then you’ll be invited to book an appointment. Not all patients and providers are a match. Once a decision is made, our admin will reach out to set up your first appointment, or to offer you other practice recommendations.

Pomegranate is a fee for service practice and does not accept medical insurance. We are unable to see Medicare patients at time. Patients will be charged via the credit card, debit card, FSA card, or HSA card on file at the time of scheduling. After the visit, Pomegranate can provide the patient with a superbill that details the charges, and they can use that to submit a claim to their insurance, HSA, or FSA for possible reimbursement. This is not a guarantee that services will be reimbursed or covered. It is up to the patient to determine whether their insurance carrier covers the services. We are unable to assist with the claim resolution.
